Why you should read Orwell's 1984
My former school, Headlands in Bridlington, asked ex-pupils who have gone on to be 'role models' to talk to students about their favourite book.
I chose George Orwell's 1984, a timeless classic which delivers so many important messages today, just as it did over 70 years ago.
